AUTHOR WORKSHOP

Do you find it hard to say NO to people?

Do you frequently put other people’s needs before your own?

For those of us who identify as People Pleasers this is a common problem, and it’s not healthy for us.  So let’s change this!

Join Lisa's workshop on HOW TO SAY NO, nicely at Bookazine Social, Tai Kwun, Hollywood Road Central, October 4th.

Based on her book Why Being GOOD Is Bad For Us, you'll come away with an arsenal of NOs  up your sleeve, and the confidence to use them! You will also receive a signed copy of the book, and a glass of wine.

Are you tired of being GOOD all the time?

- Do you find it hard to say NO?
- Do you put other's needs before your own?
- Do you say 'I don't mind' at least once a day?

- Are you prone to people pleasing
- Are you a bit of a perfectionist?
- Are you afraid of anger?

Then this book is for you!

This book will revolutionise the way you think about being a GOOD person.
